My clients are an established recruitment consultancy with branches in the West Midlands and South West. Established in 2005, they have experienced astounding growth and have become a well known and respected name within educational recruitment. They were initially formed to provide early year`s recruitment solutions but have quickly spread into all areas of educational recruitment and now cover primary schools, secondary schools, and permanent childcare recruitment. They have face to face interviews with all their clients and candidates; these meetings give them a deeper insight of both the requirements and the nature of the people they are working with. Through thoroughly screening their candidates they can supply fully qualified and vetted teaching and support staff with confidence. Due to their continued growth they are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in their Bristol office.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, desirably from an educational background but not essential, however my clients stress that permanent recruitment experience is essential. This is a full 360 recruitment role so you will be client facing and confident when meeting new business prospects and will be able to form relationships quickly. It is essential that you have a full driving licence and own a vehicle to conduct regular off site interviews. You will possess excellent communication skills with an interest in business development. This is a warm desk but you will be expected to further enhance contacts and increase profitability. A professional and trustworthy individual who is friendly, hard working and ambitious would be a welcome applicant.
