My clients are a well known recruitment consultancy specialising in the built environment, with a special interest in architecture and structural design. Established over 10 years ago, they have made huge strides to success and supply a national and international service. Offering contact and permanent positions to suit the need, they work with various levels of candidate and can provide clients with skilled personnel from start to finish of any specialist building project. As a company they fully utilise their expansive database, e-marketing and networking skills to find the best solutions that will enhance the business of their clients. Supplying and sourcing candidates on an international basis gives them the advantage of being able to meet the more niche requirements of their clients and also offer their candidates a wider range of positions with the opportunity to travel. The growth and success of the company in their chosen sectors has been very impressive and they are now looking to expand into new areas to offer their clients and candidates a wider service.
They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the company and set up a new desk in a previously un-established area.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant and will have experience of setting up a desk from cold. You will preferably be from a Media, PR, Creative or Design background and will possess infallible sector knowledge of your chosen specialism. Able to hit the ground running, you will have a dedicated approach to business development and will harness every opportunity to develop your desk into a successful company asset. As this is a start up desk, much of your time initially will be spent working on its development, as such you will be a strong communicator with an obvious passion for recruitment, able to build firm relationships and provide faultless customer service. Excellent time management skills are essential to this role as is a positive outlook and a persevering mindset. This is a 360 role; you will be confident in all aspects of recruitment and will work well autonomously. You must be professional at all times in demeanour and appearance and will strive to provide your clients and candidates with the best possible attention. Ultimately you will be an outgoing and focused individual with high ambitions and no fear of hard work.
The successful applicant will enjoy a good salary and uncapped commission structure with additional benefits.
