Recruitment Consultant - Financial
My clients are a well established recruitment consultancy who specialise in financial employment solutions. Providing all manner of financial personnel into positions within Banks, Building Societies, Independent Financial Advisories, Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers throughout the UK, they are able to supply tailored solutions to companies large and small. They deliver a search and selection service that has a very accurate hit rate in finding the most suitable candidates and along with the contingency approach, they have become a well known and successful company. As a company they pride themselves on the unique way they get to understand the individual needs of their clients and candidates, leaving no stone unturned to provide full customer satisfaction. They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to be a valued member of the company. You will be working on a permanent, warm desk placing staff into the finance positions throughout the UK; as such it would be ideal if you were experienced in financial recruitment. You will be dealing with all levels of this sector from Graduate through to directors so you must have a good manner and professional outlook. As a Recruitment Consultant you must be focused and able to apply yourself efficiently to maximise your capability to perform within this 360 role. You must be keen and able to business develop, through making cold calls and networking as making new business connections are vital to your role. You will enjoy a challenge as this position can be demanding; excellent time management skills are imperative. You must have a professional manner at all times and will be able to conduct yourself appropriately whilst representing the company.
The successful applicant will enjoy a good salary and commission structure plus additional incentives.
