RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the market leaders in Sales Recruitment as an Internal Business Development Manager selling into the Corporate and SME market. This role is a new business role which will require a new business expert who has tenacity and an ability to sell to create opportunities within a competitive market. You will be working as part of an established team to generate applicants for existing and new jobs which are brought in by the business development manager.

COMPANY INFORMATION - Recruitment Consultant

- UK turnover in excess of £8 million
- Established for 20 years
- Over 50 employees in UK

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Recruitment Consultant

- You must have a minimum of 6 months commercial B2B experience
- Intelligent, ambitious, motivated, resilient, consultative individuals sought
- You must have a desire to earn money
- You must have an extremely good work ethic

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - Recruitment Consultant

- Ideally you will have some Business to Business sales experience
- You will ideally be educated to degree level.
- Ideally you will have experience within the recruitment industry

ROLE INFORMATION- Recruitment Consultant

- This role involves working in the Commercial division, working as part of a team to place sales people into sales roles within the commercial sector.
- This is a role which will feature high activity and involve you finding suitable candidates for new and existing jobs
- You will be based internally in their office in Manchester
