Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy/Finance/Insurance
My clients are a recognisable recruitment consultancy with a strong reputation. They provide consultative solutions to the finance, accountancy, insurance and legal sectors, placing all levels of personnel into temporary and permanent positions. They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team on an Accountancy, Finance or Insurance desk. You must have excellent sector knowledge of your chosen area and will be able to hit the ground running. This will be a cold desk and as such you will have experience of business development, you will be keen to enhance your desk and turn it into a profitable asset through networking and cold calling. You will be professional in demeanour and appearance at all times as this position demands a large proportion of face to face interaction. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to advise credibly and instil trust in your clients and candidates. You will be a 360 consultant who can work autonomously, and manage your workload efficiently. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be able to flex within the role and will handle both temporary and permanent requirements. A down to earth but professional individual with a positive outlook and hard working manner would be a welcome applicant.
