Recruitment Consultant - Health Social Care
My clients are a Recruitment Consultancy specialising in social care. They are one of the leading providers of social care staff within the Manchester area and throughout the UK and have a strong reputation for their dedication to the provision of high quality personnel and bespoke service. With over 40 years experience of social care recruitment they have risen to the top providing an endless stream of resources to NHS, charities and private companies. They supply staff to 90% of the UK`s local authorities and work with 40 fostering agencies. With a large and detailed database of clients and candidates they have an almost limitless choice of candidates available so they can fill positions efficiently with little notice. This alone stands as proof of their weight as a successful company.
Their team of consultants know no bounds and are a constant reason for the company`s continued success. They regularly attend training courses so they are up to date with the latest legislation and are aware of market trends. In addition to this they commonly spend time in the field with social workers so have a well rounded and empathetic understanding of the needs of both the clients and candidates and the environments in which they work.
Due to this impressive stance they are now recruiting for a Social Care Recruitment Consultant to join their existing team of 12 consultants.
You must be from a social care background and will be successful within this field to enable you to hit the ground running. You will be conducting either a temporary or permanent desk and must be a proficient communicator and able to develop strong business relationships. Cold calling and business developing will be crucial to this role so you must be a capable 360 consultant with a positive and focused demeanour. You must be an organised individual and capable of managing your time and work load efficiently. Hard working with a professional manner and friendly approach are central attributes to this post and you must be able to work on your own initiative and equally well as part of a team.
