Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search IT/Sales My clients are a successful and well regarded Recruitment Consultancy specialising in executive search within the technology and communications sectors. Established in 2008 but with over 20 years of experience recruiting for this sector, they have developed a keen sense and thorough understanding of the mechanics of their trade. As a company their business is divided into 4 areas - executive, sales, technical and European wide appointments and 75% of their business is conducted outside of the UK throughout USA, Asia and Europe. They operate on a purely search basis, head hunting, mapping and networking to find the highest quality candidates to fill exclusive positions. They provide a full range of consultancy services and allocate a dedicated consultant with full use of the vast company resources to work tirelessly on each position, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction. As a result of their excellent practices they are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team of 7 consultants. You must be an enthusiastic individual with a thirst for knowledge and a hunger to succeed. They are ideally looking for an experienced consultant although they are also considering ambitious graduates; sector experience is not essential as good calibre candidates will find a transition over to a new sector effortless. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be capable of quickly applying new techniques and implementing good business practices. This position is heavily phone based so you will be comfortable with cold calling and business developing via this means. You must be a naturally positive individual with the determination to succeed and work through challenges. The capacity to manage your own time and workload effectively when under pressure is essential. Similarly, quick thinking and resourcefulness are prerequisites. My clients may consider a Graduate with an exceptional record and the attributes listed above. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of this driven and fortuitous team. You will relish an excellent salary and generous individual commission of up to 30% per month as well as additional quarterly commission.
