Recruitment Consultant – Sales My clients are a well known and highly successful recruitment consultancy specialising in IT, Executive Search and Interim Management. Established in 1988 they grew at an astounding rate and branched out to new offices in the early 90’s and have never looked back. They are veterans within the IT recruitment market and place high end IT professionals into various industries and international locations. They are now recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team in an open plan, friendly and professional working environment. As a Recruitment Consultant you will have experience of running a sales recruitment desk and will ideally have knowledge of IT sales; however applications from candidates who have sales recruitment experience in other sectors will be considered. This is a warm desk with many existing clients and candidates therefore you will endeavour to continue to provide the outstanding service clients and candidates have grown accustomed to. Despite this being a warm desk you will be a keen business developer with an unstoppable desire to succeed in making new contacts profitable. This is a full 360 role requiring you to be able to deal with all aspects of recruitment as second nature and be an enthusiastic individual with drive and ambition.
