My clients are a well known and regarded Recruitment Consultancy. They specialise in IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Retail Management across the UK. As a result of these good practices they are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing company. You must be an experienced Recruitment Consultant from a permanent appointment background. Experience in sales and marketing recruitment would be advantageous, but is not essential for a strong consultant with the potential to take the next step and manage a small team of consultants. You will be a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong will to succeed. This is a challenging role and so you must be capable of rolling with the highs and lows that business developing incurs and you will be a naturally positive person. You must be passionate about recruitment and fully able to endow your passion and commitment on to others. You will posses excellent communication skills and will be able to think on your feet and provide quick and relevant solutions.
