Recruitment Consultant - Finance Accountancy
My clients are a recruitment consultancy specialising in the Finance Accountancy sector. They have over 50 years recruitment experience and believe that they are one of the most innovative agencies around. They work closely with a number of large businesses all over the North West region and have developed lots of client initiatives. They supply a high calibre of candidates within the Finance Accountancy sector from the junior division through to senior level. They are now recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to command a finance desk in one of their Lancashire branches. You will be an experienced recruitment consultant who is capable of running a new desk and will work comfortably within a 360 role ideally from an Accountancy or Finance recruitment background; however candidates from other sectors will also be considered. You will be confident to communicate with others and have the drive and determination to succeed with a good work ethic. As you will develop a desk your business development skills will be irreproachable and you will be keen to make a success of yourself and enhance the company`s profitability. An excellent communicator who is able to react appropriately in any situation and can bend and flex within the role whilst maintaining a positive outlook would be a welcome asset.
