The success of the company has brought with it the need to expand the team and they are now recruiting for a Business Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional business acumen to work within the fast paced world of recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided, however previous business to business experience is essential. You will be working on a new desk which can offer temporary, permanent or a combination and your main duty will be to liaise with clients. You will possess excellent communication skills and will have a professional manner both in attitude and appearance. You will be capable of working to targets and although they are not strict and are achievable, you must make a set number of calls per day after your probationary period. As a Business Consultant you will be able to work on your own initiative and will be eager to learn new skills and apply them to your role. A hard working and dedicated candidate with a real interest in recruitment will achieve much success and will be given every opportunity to progress within the company.
