Recruitment Consultant - Special Education Needs
My clients are a recruitment consultancy with a speciality in educational recruitment. Established in 2001, they have experienced exceptional growth and have doubled their turnover in the last 12 months. With offices in London, Coventry, Cheshire and Yorkshire and further offices in Austrailia and Canada they are perfectly situated to provide an almost unlimited supply of quality teaching staff. Offering permanent and supply placements, they cover all aspects of educational positions from fully qualified teachers to teaching assistants, SEN and nursery staff. As a company they work in a conscientious manner, striving to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. As a result of the continuous growth of the business they are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work a temporary special educational needs desk.
My clients would appreciate applications from an established Recruitment Consultant with no experience of educational recruitment as they are keen to mould someone into their own style. They would equally consider a trainee or graduate consultant for this role. You will be given full training and support to accomplish your goals. You must be enthusiastic about recruitment and have a sound understanding of what the role of a consultant involves. A hard working individual with a thirst for knowledge and the aptitude to put new skills into practice is what this position requires. As a Recruitment Consultant you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you will be confident and professional when dealing with clients and candidates, both on the telephone and in face to face communications. The ability to work under pressure is essential as this is a fast paced environment; you will be capable of managing your workload and will remain positive when dealing with challenging situations.
