Role and Responsibilities:
- Candidate attraction and retention
- Client development(new, warm and existing)
- Sourcing candidates for clients through advertising, search and networking
- Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the sales and marketing specialist sector
- Full ownership of the market area within Ireland
- Ensuring the highest possible level of service is provided at all times
- People management as the business develops
