Due to the current growth of the business they are now recruiting for a Technical Property Recruitment Consultant to join the team in the Bristol Branch.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with excellent sector knowledge within property. In this position you will be placing quantity surveyors, project managers and the like into roles throughout the UK. Your sector knowledge will allow you to work with confidence when dealing with both clients and candidates and you will be capable of fully understanding the requirements they discuss. This will be a full 360 role and as such you will be a well rounded consultant who is able to see each role through from start to finish with little or no guidance. Excellent time management and an air of professionalism are prerequisites for this position; there is high scope for career progression for a dedicated consultant with drive and ambition. You will work autonomously with no micromanagement, KPI`s or threshold; you will have impressive geographical coverage and endless potential for your business to flourish.
