£18 – 28K + commission no threshold, bill 100K earn £15k in commission, bill 200K earn £40K in commission.
Forward thinking, successful international Search and Selection recruiter is seeking consultants to join their current team. Growth year on year in headcount, T/O and profit, my client is looking to continue the trend. Recruiting across the UK, Middle East and Europe and dealing with vacancies £50k+
The role:
Business development within your vertical
· Selling advertising campaigns and retainers to new and existing clients
· Mapping out and identifying senior or specialist candidates
· Networking with client and candidate to keep up to date with the market
