You will have the ability to effectively understand both your clients and candidate’s needs and as a result match the right person to the right job. A major part of this role will involve taking accountability for establishing strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through business development and networking.
Additionally, you will need to establish your name within your niche industry, ensuring that you are working within the best calibre candidates within your market thus securing them their next exciting career move.
