Hays are currently working a job with a leading and growing recruitment agency based in London, who specialise in medical recruitment in the UK. They are looking for a new recruitment consultant to join their sales team to build and develop a temporary desk in their Home care sector.
Reporting into the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing the Home care sector of the business dealing with GP’s, nursing homes, prisons and youth detention centres.
Responsibilities include searching for possible candidates for client positions on a temporary basis, continuously building the database while strengthening the relationship between clients and finding all possible job opportunities within the market.
To be successful in this role you will be required to have minimum of 3 years’ experience in the recruitment field within the Home care sector and a proven track record of customer services, achieving against targets and developing business.
