Advancing People are working closely with an Established Specialist Recruitment Firm who are looking to recruit a new Business Development Recruitment Consultant for their growing office in Milton Keynes.

My client is looking to appoint a new business development recruitment consultant due to their expansion and wish to further develop their business in 2012.  

They are well placed to offer a positive and motivational working environment and they will consider recruitment consultants from a variety of sectors - it is much more about the person and the skills you can bring and where you want your career to develop moving forward.

The main function of this senior recruitment role will be to identify areas for growth within the recruiting sector regionally and nationally.  This will involve pro-actively meeting and identifying decision makers with potential clients, mushrooming with existing clients and thinking strategically.

We are ideally looking for candidates within the recruitment sector, however if you are a proven business developer from another sector my client will also consider you.


You must be comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen, knowing that you get out what you put into this type of role and you will be willing to build long term relationships with clients.

Salary will be between £25-£35k basic depending on experience with a £70k OTE - being based in Milton Keynes.
