Recruitment Consultant, Corporate Banking

We are an expanding Search Recruitment business which has a number of sector specific teams currently operating on the platform. Our aims are simple, to offer a first rate service, avoiding the need for false claims and dispensing with immaterial internal targets. Our senior management team consists of ex industry personnel and multiple year experienced recruiters who share an efficient, straightforward vision. 

We currently have a need for a consultant who is able to manage all parts of the recruitment process from marketing/origination, production of long/short lists, candidate research and closing.

Ideally you will have experience of the Corporate Banking sector including areas such as Relationship Management, Project, Trade, Property and Leveraged Finance, Credit and Market Risk. It would be expected that you will have worked in an Executive Search/Recruitment firm for at least 2/3 years minimum.    

Aside of a few basic business foundations, you will have input into how the type of role, reward structure and business strategy is derived. Your voice will be heard and we welcome lateral thinking and new ideas.
