Recruitment Consultant Driving
Recruitment Consultant needed for busy driving and logistics branch based in Dewsbury, this position is for an approximate 9 month period to cover maternity leave. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.00 - 16.30, we are a lively, friendly bunch and need someone with a friendly, approachable and out going personality to join our team. You will be working from an already established hot desk, with a great opportunity to build on an existing prospect pipe line. Manpower are large global Company and while this position is only available for a 9 month period, there is a possibility of other career openings throughout the Manpower business.
Duties will include
Sales - existing clients and prospect clients
Face to Face interviews and matching of client and candidates requirements
posting of adverts to various sites
Marketing
re-activating ex employees.
availability updates - contacting all current and ex employees for their availability on a weekly basis
Referencing candidates on the telephone or by Fax/letter
Payroll duties
Ensuring all candidate files are fully compliant
NO ON CALL DUTIES AS WE HAVE A DEDICATED OUT OF HOURS SERVICE.
the basic salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 Plus bonus- the bonus scheme is uncapped and each month is a stand alone month so no short fall for previous months has to be made up to qualify.
