Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services recruitment

Requirements:

* Actively solicit business and form relationships with hiring managers

* Responsible for candidate generation via networking, database searching, industry knowledge and in-bound candidate submissions

* Engage in high level discussions with clients about business needs and hiring requirements.

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of prior agency recruitment experience

* 2-5 years experience within financial services (operations, back office, accounting)

* Positive, proactive attitude and ability to form relationships with influential people.

* Prior B2B sales experience is not required, but is nice to have
