An opportunity exists to join the Sydney HR practice to focus on recruiting temporary HR roles across multiple industry sectors with a specific focus on industrial and public sector appointments. Your clients will include both national and global businesses, many of whom we have preferred supplier status and great relationships with. Hudson has a strong national and cross practice network which you can leverage and you will be well supported by sector specialist account managers. This is a key role concentrating on maintaining and building on existing relationships, delivering end to end recruitment solutions and managing candidate talent pools.
You will have a proactive and commercial approach to business development and the ability to provide highly tailored advice to clients and candidates. Our ideal candidate is an experienced Recruitment Consultant from any discipline who has managed a contracting desk and is familiar with the pace required to make it a success.
