·build up your own portfolio of clients through cold calling and networking
·oversee the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening your candidates

Our client specialises in recruiting highly qualified IT candidates into companies that require their skills such as Ernst and Young and Deloitte. They are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join them and help build the IT into Banking and Finance division. This is a very rare position to join a highly regarded company who are known for placing the highest level, and high paid candidates into the banking sector. You in turn will benefit financially for each placement you make.
If you meet and exceed your targets there are many rewards, including;
Competitive basic salary £22,000 - £27,000 + uncapped commission;
Average 1st year OTE of between £40,000- £55,000; rising to £100K+ in your 3rd year
