We are looking for a passionate and motivated sales professional to join our Contact Centre team as a Recruitment Consultant. Focusing on all SME as well as key accounts, your motivation to win new business and ability to convert opportunities will be essential to your ongoing success. You will have the autonomy to manage the recruitment process professionally, to ensure that both candidates and clients receive the very best service.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including:
- Prospecting for new business and meeting with new and existing clients
- Advertising, selecting and interviewing candidates
- Dive consistent levels of sales activity
- Account management
- Candidate coaching and support
