An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and passionate recruiter to join our successful Contact Centre team in the CBD. Your demonstrated experience building lasting client and candidate relationships along with your drive to convert leads will be paramount to your success. This consulting role specialises in all contact centre and customer service roles within the banking and finance industry. Working as part of a highly successful team, you will be provided with ongoing support and training to continue to develop your career in recruitment.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including:
- Account management
- Meeting with new and existing clients daily
- Prospecting for new business
- Advertising, selecting and Interviewing candidates
- Managing a temporary workforce
- Candidate coaching and support
- Running Assessment centres
