The ideal candidate will be based in Leeds and cover one of the following locations:
Humberside
South Yorkshire
York and Harrogate
West Yorkshire

The role: To achieve agreed profit targets through developing business with active, inactive and prospect accounts and managing the recruitment and selection of Permanent candidates to ensure vacancies are filled. Cold calling prospect clients in order to gain business and following up warm leads from application forms, CV's, references etc. Planning sales activity by dividing the market and identifying prospects. Carrying out planned and unplanned sales visits with prospects and existing clients to establish needs and introduce solutions. Key skill selling candidates to appropriate clients. Actively gaining feedback from clients and candidates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company's quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary. Experience in recruitment would be preferred for this role, or experience in a business to business sales/target driven environment

Experience of developing a successful Perms desk would be preferred. or experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Lead generation, client conversion, business development and account management.
