Recruitment Consultant - Office Support Division - Media Retail Sector - £22-38k depending on experience
Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Consultant to join our Office Support, Permanent Division in London. Through our reputation, talented workforce and new initiatives the division has been growing rapidly and there is an opportunity to join a warm desk, specializing in the media and retail sector.
The division is hugely team orientated, innovative and supportive of one another and are looking for an experienced recruiter that shares their ambition and drive. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attracting and retaining suitable candidates
- Identifying and prospecting business with target clients
- Maintaining agreed personal and team activity levels
- Sourcing candidates for clients through advertising, search and networking
- Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
- Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
Skills/Experience:
- Proven track record of success within recruitment is required (Office Support, HR or Marketing recruitment experience preferred)
- Proven track-record of working in a demanding sales/professional environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven relationship building skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Professional approach - committed to excelling in service quality
- Self motivated with ability to use initiative - a "can do" attitude
