Recruitment Consultant or Snr Consultant

Our London Financial Services division has been in place for over 10 years and we are urgently seeking an additional hire to the team. This is a full 360 degree role suited to an experienced Consultant looking to specialise in permanent recruitment at Qualified Accountant level upwards. The current desk is reasonably warm with a number of key relationships in place and all the support you would need to make a success of it. The wider team is 10 people, all experienced Consultants and average tenure of 3 years plus. We have a flexible and adult culture, high performance expectation and no hardcore KPI's in place freeing you up to focus on running your desk how you see fit.
Ideally you will have at least 12 months plus experience in a full end to end recruitment role within Accounting and Finance and a strong desire to achieve personal financial wealth. You'll enjoy working in a sales orientated environment, have drive, passion and bags of energy and be keen to take ownership for developing your own desk. Experience recruiting into financial services would be helpful but we are open to people from other disciplines.
