One of our longest standing and most successful teams is our Senior Finance Division which predominantly recruits qualified financial management roles within the commercial and not for profit sectors. We are enjoying significant year on year growth and we are now looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to help continue our expansion plans.
Partnering with firms of Accountants (Public Practice) you will be actively sourcing and promoting applicants across the Public Practice arena from Audit Seniors to Partners. You will have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy the challenge of sourcing 'hard to find' candidates. Based in Essex this role offers the opportunity to work in an established industry that has consistent requirements. You will also join a company which has first class support and training available.
You will have / be:
· A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within Recruitment or Customer focused Sales.
· Proven track record of achievement
· Methodical and analytical approach
· Ability to think outside the box.
