Who we are looking for

Ultimately Marks Sattin is looking for committed and professional recruitment consultants eager to work in a mature sales environment and is able to provide an effective consultative approach to both candidate and client.  

We expect you to have at least two years recruitment experience – gained ideally from a finance/banking desk… but we’re open to talking to consultants with experience gained in other sectors.

We currently have specific opportunities within our Banking Finance team as well as our Commerce Industry team.

Marks Sattin has a very competitive (uncapped!) and transparent commission scheme that rewards performers. We encourage consultants to specialise in their chosen sector and also give them the room to develop a working style that suits them (rather than a one-size-fits-all approach). For every consultant who joins, there is a clearly defined career plan (management, continuing on as a top-biller, and international opportunities for example). The Group provides regular formal training sessions carried out by our in-house and external training providers as well as more informal training on the sales floor.
