Search for Excellence was founded in 2008, has seen a steady growth and has a strategy to grow organically within our core markets. Our clients include both local and international institutions and our network of candidates covers high potentials up to Senior Management professionals. The candidate database has been developed mostly through headhunting and networking.
For our office in Amsterdam we are currently looking to build the team in response to business levels and increased client demand by attracting (experienced) recruiters to join us and help build on our success. Experience of recruiting in the capital markets or commodities sector is not essential as we would offer a strong training scheme for anyone joining. We encourage our consultant to stay close to their own personality and develop their own style to maintain a versatile and both fun and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Degree level education
- 3-6 years experience in sales, business development or recruitment
- Professional, honest and ethical, with excellent communications skills and an interest in people
- Capital markets and/or Commodities background would be considered a plus
- Fluent in and English (other language would be considered a plus)
