As a Recruitment Consultant your role is to work with both companies and job seekers to find a successful match. Whether you are advising one of Sweden's largest companies on a recruitment strategy or helping candidates taking the next step in their career, this is an exciting and rewarding challenge.
Each consultant within our Sales Marketing Division delivers a tailored approach, concentrating on individual market sectors to ensure clients and candidates benefit from a specialist background. Joining this team, you will use and enhance your business development skills, technical knowledge and passion for people to:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
- Develop a network of candidates and manage their aspirations and career search
- Fully manage your clients' and candidates' recruitment process from initial interview to offer stage
- Focus on the importance of service delivery and key account management
Requirements
We are looking for ambitious people with a proven track record of success and that have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will be highly professional in your external and internal dealings and enjoy the challenges of a varied and demanding role. Strong core values are highly regarded such as work ethic, teamwork, passion and an ability to be both methodical and creative. We are happy to look at applicants from the Sales, Marketing or Communication areas who want to reach new steps. Prior recruitment experience would be advantageous as prior experience working in a business driven and professional environment. Fluency both in Swedish and English is mandatory.
