With continued growth and diversification planned for the years ahead, we are seeking a self motivated and results orientated Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment consulting including candidate sourcing, account management, business development, negotiating and relationship management.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential. However you must display superior skills in customer service and sales combined with high achievement in your academic, sporting or work pursuits. Your outstanding communication skills, competitive nature, resilience, positive attitude and ability to learn new skills will all be key attributes that will allow you to become a success in this industry.
