What about moving into a delivery only role where you will benefit from a dedicated Business Developer who will be targeted to source and deliver a continuous supply of client vacancies for you.
Our client, one of the UK’s most successful Recruitment Consultancies in their specialist field, has a number of opportunities on a variety of established divisions.
Your duties will include:
- Obtaining a full understanding of the client requirement from your divisional business developer
- Beginning a search campaign of suitably experienced candidates from adverts, job boards and more effectively, by utilising networking headhunting techniques
- Pre-screening and interviewing selected candidates, discussing opportunities with prospects prior to forwarding to clients for consideration
- Preparing and arranging candidates for client interviews
- Closing candidates once offers have been made
- Generating leads for your Business Developer
- Reaping your commission, enjoying company paid trips for over achieving progressing to divisional head and Directorship if so desired.
Ideally, you should have a minimum of a year’s relevant recruitment experience with a proven track record from a niche market i.e. IT Recruitment, possess a stable work history and be happy with working in a highly competitive, leading consultancy.
PACKAGE:
£18k - £25k depending on experience, plus commission.
1st year ote - £40k
2nd year ote - £50k
