Recruitment Consultants- Oil/ Gas and Healthcare Verticals Job in Dubai
MRI Worldwide, one of the leading Executive Search firms in the UAE is looking for experienced recruiters to expand the team in the Oil/ Gas and Healthcare Verticals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business Development / Client Management
Market mapping and market intelligence of the industry segments they operate in
Generate business from new and existing clients
Write proposal documents/ tenders, negotiate fees with potential clients
Meet the set standards of service delivery and turnaround times on assignments
Ensure that the clients, new and existing are serviced as soon as possible
Relationship building with industry stake holders
Meeting previously agreed targets
Candidate Management
Establishing a network and mapping the source market within the industry segment
Identify and headhunt suitable candidates
Manage the end to end recruitment process including reviewing applications and qualifying candidates
Conduct reference checks
Salary negotiation and facilitating the appointment process
Others
Counseling both client and candidates on compensation, training and career development
General administration for their own vertical
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
At least 5 years experience with an Executive Search firm, or in the target industry segment .
Confident, self motivated, energetic with the ability to influence others
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to set up a new business vertical
