The Role
This position is open to graduate calibre individuals with commercial experience, normally with emphasis on business to business sales. A Trainee Consultant supports an existing consulting team or an individual. They will have the opportunity to research a clearly defined vertical sector and start to work towards becoming a `knowledge worker` within that sector. They will build up there expertise on client products and through networking become involved in telephone service delivery, sourcing and profiling potential candidates for more experienced Consultants to place with clients.
Area of Responsibility
- Market sector information gathering
- Candidate name gathering
- Preparation of effective head-hunting presentations from job order, initial approach and subsequent telephone interview
Objectives of the Role
- Understand the company’s terms and conditions of business
- Understand and be able to successfully present the range of services offered by Euro Search Selection Ltd
- Successfully complete the Euro Search Selection Ltd Training Programme to the satisfaction of your Manager and Director
- Through observation, thoroughly understand the interview process.
Performance Measures
- Demonstrate personal disciplines which are acceptable to the company i.e. punctuality, dress code, work ethics, professionalism
- To have achieved targets set by the Director and your Team Leader/Manager. The mandatory targets that need to be achieved are as follows:
At least 2 hours spent on the phone on a daily basis. Marketing success i.e. 6 interviews created by marketing your own identified marketable candidate`s, one of which should be a successful placement.

- Good basic salary, great commission structure, holiday incentives, iPad incentives, team nights out etc etc
