Recruitment Consultants Wanted for Immediate Start -SThree
SThree are in search of self motivated and tenacious individuals to join our international FTSE business as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
The role of a recruitment consultant is a target driven sales role requiring a high level of persistence and strong persuasion skills. Perhaps you are a graduate looking for career progression and earnings based on performance rather than time served, or you are currently in a sales role where you have hit a glass ceiling? Either way, we would like to hear from you.
This is not a typical 9-5 position, and results do not come without sheer hard work. You will be required to manage existing client contacts, generate new business via cold calling, advertise job vacancies and head hunt, as well as to negotiate rate and attend client and candidate meetings.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, with a 2:1 or above, although this is not essential. You will preferably have previous experience of working in a targeted sales environment and will regard yourself as competitive and ambitious.
