Recruitment Coordinator/Project Administrator Job in Somerset 08873, New Jersey US
- Perform administrative duties to support the Recruiting Department including receiving and tracking applicant material, updating and maintaining appropriate databases
- Organizing travel and interview schedules for candidates
- Ensuring that interview schedules are aligned and coordinating with hiring managers
- Responsible for logistics for interview events: booking interview sites, conference rooms, confirming the availability of rooms as well as making sure that all parties are present for interviews
- Reviewing and update project metrics and disseminating information to appropriate parties
- Track data and metrics throughout screening and interview process
- Other projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
Education:
- College degree preferred
Skills:
- Superior oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stress and high pressure situations; work within tight deadlines
- Experience coordinating high volume events
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record within this world
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and create reports from information gathered
- Must be able to potentially travel to on-site events as needed
- Ability to start working on a temporary basis immediately upon hire
