Recruitment Manager – Front Office (Banking) recruitment

My client, within the banking space, is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their HR team. This role will be covering the Asia Oceania region across at all levels.

This is a new position within the company and requires the successful candidate to have experience, knowledge and an understanding of Corporate and Investment banking structures. As the bank continues to develop, they are expanding their Investment and Transaction teams so candidates with experience in recruiting into these areas at senior level will be highly desirable.

In addition to a financial background, successful candidates will have a strong recruitment history and be conversational in Mandarin.

The role will oversee the growth of the Asia-Oceania region and so candidates with familiarity and understanding of the region are desired. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary and bonus structure.
