Recruitment Manager, Greater China recruitment

THE ROLE

• Positioning the company brand branding as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace;

• Train and coach hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process;

• Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management;

• Deliver results without supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;

• Manage the candidate process and be an advocate to ensure internal and external equity;

• Manage the offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations independently;

• Participate in business planning cycle and establish forward looking talent attraction strategies;

• Coach and mentor the business team and larger HR organization on world class talent acquisition practices and the Greater China talent environment

• Effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs and HR practices;

• Participate in Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives and partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition team members to delivery best in class Talent Acquisition services;

• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements;

• Administer and resolve employee matters, effectively mitigating risk to the company.

THE PROFILE

You will be a seasoned Mandarin speaking recruitment professional capable of managing full cycle recruiting efforts at all levels in the Greater China region, including senior level hiring’s (Function heads, Country managers and sales heads). Seeing the bigger HR picture to work closely with the rest of the HR organization you will integrate recruitment best practices.

We’re looking for some 8 years experience in a recruiting role (inhouse or agency) and at least 2-3 years in a corporate environment. You will possess a high level of corporate maturity to navigate in this US based matrix organization from your in-house direct sourcing experience. Exposure to Talent management and CB is a clear advantage and prior experience with the Taleo applicant tracking system is desirable.
