Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join a new onsite recruitment team with a top Financial Institution. As an integrated part of our clients’ HR function, you will act as a strategic advisor to our client overseeing all recruitment activities, so they can focus on their core business activities.
This Recruitment Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain and build client-facing relationship with Hiring Managers and HR business partners
- Provide consultative direction on sourcing strategies and develop sourcing strategy through employee referrals, target companies, networks, associations, and third party resources
- Provide constructive guidance on process improvement and effective staffing/hiring techniques to hiring managers and HR contacts and advise key stakeholders of recruitment issues and process improvement recommendations
- Accountable for the full cycle of recruiting process on senior level recruitment
- Educate and guide team members in the development and management of a search strategy
- Manage day-to-day operations reporting on all search activity
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have:
- Solid recruitment experience in Corporate HR Staffing or Agency business
- Experience handling full cycle of recruitment process on all level positions including bulk recruitment
- Strategic thinker and strong communicator with excellent client and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Previous management experience is preferred
- Strong leadership influencing and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of Banking or Finance Industry is a plus
- Good computer and software knowledge
- In order to be considered for this vacancy, the candidate must be proficient in both written and spoken English Japanese
