Reporting to the Managing Director in W.A. in our central Perth City offices, and with a close working relationship with our HR Director in Brisbane, you will provide on the ground direction and hands on recruitment capability. Your charter will be to ensure the efficient management of recruitment, attraction and talent acquisition activities together with assistance of co-ordination of our on boarding, training and retention strategies in order to ensure implementation across our West Australian operations.
To be considered for this role you will possess:
• A background in the delivery of a customer focussed internal recruitment function. You will have significant experience with best practice internal recruitment processes and related systems, knowledge of labour markets and industry trends.
• A proven ability to consult with Line Managers and Directors, provide advice on available resourcing options including Turner Townsend internal resources and be proactive with future staffing requirements.
• The drive and commitment to find exceptional people for our organisation and manage a quality "end to end" recruitment process.
• The ability to implement attraction strategies and sourcing techniques as well as the development of effective recruitment plans and campaigns to cover short and long term workforce capability.
You are highly organised, able to plan, prioritise and execute plans on a daily basis. A high level of computer literacy including experience with Lotus notes will be looked upon favourably. HR qualification or similar is desirable.
Experience recruiting in the professional services arena (construction, infrastructure, technical, natural resources, property or engineering recruiting sector is preferred but not essential). You will be in possession of a friendly professional nature with strong initiative and desire to achieve.
