The organisation is an innovative, customer centric company, operating in the technology sector.  With a plan for world domination, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Manager to grow the dedicated, innovative recruitment function in a high-tech and commercial work environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

·      Partner with the business and HR Business partners regarding talent assessment, development and succession planning as an integral part of the local HR team.

·      Manage the recruitment team regionally, providing strong direct and indirect resourcing leadership and career development applicable for the team. 

·      Review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication. 

·      Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on pipeline development for key positions.   

·      Drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency. 

·      Be a thought leader representing the local needs where global talent decisions are considered and carried out.     

·      Continue to build consistent recruitment processes, programs and grow the current recruitment structure. 

·      Strengthen and develop our client’s employment brand.

·      Ensure consistent review and management of vendors, agencies, cost and efficiencies in the recruiting function.

Your career to date will demonstrate:

·      Experience in managing and delivering recruitment results.

·      Experience working with multiple executive stakeholders with demonstrated ability to  influence leaders

·      Experience recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management.

·      The ability to create world-class standards with recruitment processes and tools with a passion for talent development.

·      Significant experience leading recruitment teams in a fast moving, hands-on environment.   

·      Experience in supporting business recruitment in companies achieving substantial growth.

·      The ability to grow graduate recruitment programs.

·      Preferably merger acquisition background to help in some aggressive resourcing due diligence and talent acquisition strategies for particular businesses.

The successful candidate will be/have:

·      An innovative business and recruitment thought leader with strong analytical acumen.

·      An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment. 

·      A University degree in HR, industrial relations, or related field.

·      Minimum 5 years direct recruitment experience at a management level, with the potential to develop their career into other key HR/Talent Acquisition leadership roles.

·      A match to the culture - you will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and huge amounts of drive. 

·      Comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves.”

·      Have a history of quickly gaining credibility with key stake holders in a global business.

·      Have a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables.
