Acting as the conduit between key business units to drive talent management you will be based on client site as part of a dedicated ‘on-site’ recruitment solution.

This is an opportunity to join a team at implementation stage; building relationships and best practice from scratch shaping the success of the account. You will be Accountable for the recruitment process and delivery for a specific client business area with a key focus on direct sourcing and managing the recruitment supply chain. To assist and support other team members with high volumes, complex hires and various projects. You will have the ability to maintain current Service level Agreements (SLA’s) whilst proactively seeking to continually improve these through quality and speed of service

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engaging with the client recruiter community to understand recruitment needs and drivers and to ensure appropriate resourcing strategies are aligned and put in place and forecasting is achieved

• Following up on recruitment requests by assessing job descriptions consult/advise the client on the market conditions, best methods of attracting candidates

• Accountable for delivery against all requirements through the off-site team to ensure resourcing fulfilment. First point of contact for recruitment issues within their specific client business area

• Effectively establish and drive key client stakeholder relationships in order to build credibility and trust whilst based on client site

• Actively drive the recruitment supply chain to ensure optimal partnering and results to include supplier management and other RSR operating recruitment partners 

• Management of all niche recruitment and go to market strategy, acting as a channel for all fulfillment

• Ensures the daily follow up with client recruiter community and the offsite delivery team

• Demonstrating ongoing value and best practice expertise

• Actively sourcing and sharing recruitment business knowledge across the onsite and offsite team

• Providing specialist advice guidance on recruitment policies procedures and best practise

• Advising on use of appropriate selection tools

• Proactively working with service delivery manager to drive improvement

• Managing and defining interactive media Internet advertising campaigns from inception to delivery

• Managing ad-hoc project based work and reporting as requested by Client Services Director

• Reporting into the Client Account Manager.

• Competitor mapping in order to be aware of market changes
