Recruitment professional (Actuarial), Switzerland recruitment
DW Simpson is a specialized Actuarial recruitment firm and we are looking to hire a recruitment professional to join our European team to be based out of Switzerland.
As recognized leaders in our field, we provide both executive search and contingent recruitment capability to the global actuarial marketplace. You will join the successful European business at a time of expansion and you will be either an established and recognised actuarial recruiter, an insurance recruiter or an actuary seeking a new path in your career.
You could have experience within an insurance company or the wider financial services industry with direct exposure or knowledge of the technical nature of actuarial work. Recruitment experience is welcomed but not necessary, it’s more important that you understand the environment in which our candidates and clients work.
You will also bring professionalism and a confidence to be able to interact with clients, both internal HR and actuaries themselves, not only at client meetings but at conferences and other events locally and overseas.
