Recruitment Researcher – Banking/Financial Services recruitment
We are looking to hire a Researcher to join a growing and successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain entry into the recruitment market,
learn about our business and play an integral role in finding the best candidates for our clients.
The Banking team, which specialises mainly in the Credit and Risk markets, is looking to hire a Researcher to join their successful desk.
You will be responsible for generating and developing the team’s flow of candidates to be presented to our clients.
This will include actively networking and sourcing candidates in our markets as well as regularly updating our extensive database.
You will work in direct conjunction with Senior Recruiters on the desk focusing on specific mandated vacancies.
The successful person will be educated to degree level, highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Previous research/recruitment or Sales experience would be ideal but is not essential.
We would also consider someone from a Credit or Risk banking background that is interested to move into Recruitment.
Excellent communications skills and an appreciation of what is required in such a role is essential.
