Meridian Business Support is a market leader in the supply of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to UK business and industry.

We have over 90 offices nationwide and provide over 7000 temporary workers on each day, to a wide range of prestigious clients.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant for our flagship Commercial office in Manchester.

Your main objective will be to help generate sales (by winning new customers) and building a pool of temporary candidates in liaison with our service consultant team.

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to join an established office, and should present a superb career development opportunity. You will receive training and mentoring by the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager, as well as be able to take advantage of our Award Winning Internal Training.

You will be from a recruitment background, possess good business acumen and the ability to seek out and secure profitable business, which together with your target driven nature, will ensure you maximise sales opportunities for yourself and the branch.

Your strong interpersonal skills will ensure that you engage with clients and candidates to build excellent working relationships. You will be motivated by the challenges of working in a fast paced environment and be totally committed to deliver an excellent and compliant service.

The role is office based, although you will be required to attend client visits / appointments; therefore, must have a full UK driving licence and car.
