As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle . This involves cultivating solid client relationships, attending client visits, developing new business via cold calling, advertising, interviewing and guiding your candidates through the interview process with a view to them receiving a job offer. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload autonomously.
This is a competitive sales role. We are in search of people who are persuasive, inquisitive and tenacious, given that the majority of your day will be spent canvassing over the phone. We are looking for applicants who have experience of working to sales targets, a solid business acumen and those with a real hunger to make money. A 2:1 Bachelors degree classification is preferred although not essential.
