We are in search of money motivated, and ambitious candidates with a strong businesss acumen, work ethic, and a hunger to succeed. If your most recent experience has been over a year's experience in telesales/coldcalling, or face to face sales (preferably business to business), then read on.
The role of a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant involves:
Winning new business via cold-calling
Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and networking
Overseeing the entire interview process - giving and receiving feedback to and from both parties respectively
Using your negotiation skills to secure the best deal both clients and candidates
Building solid, lasting relationships to ensure repeat business
