THE SALARY / BENEFITS

Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant

• £40k – £60k+ year one OTE. There is no cap on commission, therefore the harder you work the more you will earn!

THE CANDIDATE

Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant

 

You will need to:

• have a demonstrable track record in Engineering or IT recruitment;

• have experience in new and existing business development;

• be a keen, proactive, dedicated and passionate individual;

• be willing to put in the hard work required in order to achieve great success and financial reward;

• be educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent;

• have excellent communication skills;

• be confident with dealing with a variety of people;

• be driven and motivated to be successful.

 

THE ROLE

Recruitment / Senior Recruitment Consultant

 

Working closely within the team to fill vacancies our clients have, this will involve:

• managing new and existing client accounts;

• managing and servicing the applicant database;

• new and existing business development;

• managing the recruitment process;

• devising search strings, then searching the internet and in-house databases for candidates;

• speaking to candidates, networking where possible and obtaining both candidate and client referrals;

• assessing candidates’ suitability for jobs;

• preparing CV’s (once they have been formatted and added to the system by the admin team);

• remuneration negotiation;

• negotiation of fees Terms of Business;

• managing any activity and dealing with any other tasks the management or the directors may decide to be necessary for the effective running and expansion of the business.
